Cancellation Policy

We want your plans to work out. The following is our standard cancellation policy — please confirm it matches the policy you use on your other listings before launch.

Refund schedule

• 30+ days before check-in: full refund.
• 14–30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation total.
• Within 14 days of check-in: non-refundable.

Cleaning fees are refunded whenever the stay is cancelled before check-in. Taxes are refunded on any refunded amounts.

How to cancel

Email hello@houseoncasslake.com with your booking name and dates. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
